Re-Roof project. (10 non complying units on roof to deal with) Code authority says units MUST be Florida Hurricane compliant when roof done. Building owner “We don’t want to buy new units”. Tenants: “we don’t want to buy new units.” This is how we accomplished needs. We had a mess to fix. How would you do it different? We suggested new curbs and commercial packaged units.
